The only items turned up by these were cookies. It stated that the computer was not infected and no further action was required. On both the McAfee and Symantec scans, Bit Defender popped up with a window stating that Trojan.Js.Downloader.BDS was blocked in a temporary internet files folder. Neither McAfee nor Symantec found any viruses. I have scanned my computer with the folowing virus scanners:

I know that the account was compromised because they change my contact email and account password so that I can no longer log in.īit Defender is my native antivirus program. I also changed my login and password after the firt hack of my account. I am also certain that no one else has physical access to my computer or account information.
I am certain that I have neither received nor linked from any phishing emails "from my bank." I would consider my passwords secure with 16 digits, letters and numbers, upper and lower case, and special characters. The reason I am here is to rule out a security breach on my computer as the method this information is getting stolen.
One of my online banking accounts has been hacked twice in a month.
